All our coffees are produced at one single estate (area, plantation). They are not mixed with other types. This means that the coffee in your cup is of the best quality and has the most refined flavour and aroma.
You could compare it with good wine from one region or vineyard. Blends are often created to give a more interesting profile to large quantities of inferior coffee or to level out the flavour or keep down the price.
Our coffee is grown at the highest altitudes. In most coffee-growing countries the best coffee berries grow at a height of at least 1200 metres.
The coffee pickers select only the ripe red berries for our coffee. These produce the best green coffee beans and the pure coffee we are so proud of.
